Insane Drivers

I should have let Sandry steal the old clunker. I mean, it was a great car and in mint shape, but at least it would have kept things at more reasonable pace. Learning to drive a left-hand drive car in a 85 horsepower behemoth would have been much safer.

Instead, Diddi got her this hell-on-wheels Italian thing that can go airborne in a heartbeat and fly across the sim in about a second and a half. I made the mistake of letting her take me for a spin.

If you think the worst thing that can happen in a moment of panic is loss of your bodily functions, you are wrong. She hit the gas so damn hard that Lucifer’s Bugatti slammed out from under me, hammering me through the back end in a cloud of burnt rubber, and leaving my hair and glasses in a molten pile in the passenger seat.

In this instant, came a moment of epiphany, as I now have a much more complete understanding and appreciation for the precision in the wording of a certain charter.

For now, I’m sticking with a safer (and charter approved) form of transportation.  Just make sure you look both ways before crossing the street.
